Today all I want is for you to be happy.
Pál Szinyei Merse's Lark
I’m fanciful to the point of madness and often wonder if it serves me well and on days when I’m unable to write I would gladly give up all my little silliness so I may be at peace only that would make me someone else entirely... wouldn’t it?
Also, if I haven’t written anything worthy in over a month am I still able to call myself an author?
Though I can hardly complain with the lovely days of brilliant sunshine and I swear I'm in bloom. I laugh more, cook more, eat a ton and gain little to no weight what with me running here and there trying to fit it all in before cooler climate demand more serious pursuits.
I do hope you are all having a wonderful summer.
All my love and care,
Simone
What, ME, Simone??? Everyone knows that you have to be miserable and stay indoors to be an artist.
ReplyDeleteThe picture is lovely and so are your writing sentiments. I find that the longer I'm away from my writing, the harder it gets to get back into it. So thank you for nudging me off the blogs and back into my novel. Have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteI think this sounds like a glorious time for you, so soak it up and then when you least expect it, something wonderful/worthy will be reveal itself.
